We loved everything about this hotel! The onsen facilities were amazing, with three separate spaces including two outdoor onsen that we liked the best. They were open 24 hours, so we were able to soak in the waters at night and gaze at the stars. The breakfast was also outstanding. It was so delicious and beautifully arranged. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had traditional Japanese style rooms which added a unique touch to our stay. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for those wanting to escape the city. The secluded location also meant that the onsen pools were not crowded, which we appreciated.

The staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in making our stay enjoyable. They didn't speak English very well which made communication a struggle.

My recent stay in a traditional Japanese ryokan was an exceptional experience. the location was perfect, surrounded by picturesque landscapes of rural Japan. the room was comfortable with charming décor that added to the welcoming atmosphere. the facilities were impressive, especially the separate onsen for male and female, and the mixed outdoor pool with breathtaking views. the staff was friendly, hospitable, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including a farewell gift of local rice cakes. the Japanese set meal was delicious with authentic local ingredients, and the service was impeccable.

I found it a bit difficult to navigate my way around the hotel due to the lack of English signs.

The meals provided were great and tasty, a nice surprise. the beds were really comfy too, a good sleep was had. the onsen was really nice, new and clean.

The location was really too far from anything. It was really hard to get there, the roads were windy and narrow.

The individual dining rooms offered privacy and the Japanese set meals were incredibly delicious with an authentic taste. The onsen experience was truly unforgettable, with separate baths for men and women, private family baths, and an outdoor bath where we could admire the snowy scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and serene atmosphere, making our stay even more special.
